I currently live in the west suburbs with a home on acreage with my husband, Kyle, and our two boys: Beckham (4) and Waylon (2). We love staying active, enjoying the outdoors, traveling and love wining & dining in downtown Wayzata - 6Smith is our fav!

I love helping families in selling, buying, building and/or relocating. As a mom myself, I understand this is a HUGE life decision - as well as financially! It can be a lot trying to navigate the sale of your current home in order to move into your next - however, I have a proven track record of netting Sellers more money on their home and negotiating the best price/terms on their next.  My goal has always been to add value, build authentic relationships and ensure the absolute best buying/selling experience!

I have a strong reputation of helping families in building new construction as well! I originally started back in real estate to flip homes with my dad which led me to helping others in building their home. Do you need a realtor when building? YES! I help clients with unbiased builder recommendations based on budget / location, negotiate the best price, incentives and terms along with helping with structural and design recommendations when building their home.
