My Background: I graduated from the Carlson School of Management at the U of MN and began my career selling “air” at KDWB & KS95. On the side for fun, I took photography classes and quickly realized I absolutely loved it. Once I had my boys, I made wedding photography my full-time career, giving me the flexibility to raise them for the next 15+ years.
MY WHY: I adore my boys—my Brownies. Watching them grow from energetic little tornados into kind young men is the highlight of my life. Cole (23) recently graduated from St. John’s University, volunteered in Kenya for 5 months, and is soon beginning his career. Zak (21) is a business major at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, living his dream of playing college baseball. I’m beyond proud to be their mom and “keep the nest warm,” always thrilled for when they come home.
A Little About Me: I’m a happy person. I love emojis, motivational quotes, yoga, and ‘70s music. I’m naturally caffeinated—decaf only for me, lol! I love being outside—hiking, biking, camping, I’m in! Traveling to new places and experiencing new things fills my cup.
For FUN: My ideal little getaway is with my boyfriend of 5 years (we’ve known each other since 7th grade—crazy enough), camping in the woods with a glass of red, a campfire and country tunes in our adventure truck that we’ve accessorized so we can pack up and go (equipped with Starlink so I can work from anywhere—it’s the best!).
