Hi, I’m Cait!

It may be cliché, but I’m going to start off by saying that I truly LOVE selling real estate. I grew up performing and pursued that path for much of my life. I was very fortunate to dance and act professionally, travelling all over the world and working with some amazing creatives on both coasts. Because of this, I moved about 6 times in the last 10 years before officially coming back, getting married, and settling in Minnesota – my home!

In those years, I also balanced a remote full-time job as the sales and marketing manager for a successful film development company. The negotiation and sales skills I developed there, as well as the tenacious work ethic and unending drive required to be a ‘booked and busy’ performer set me up SO WELL for real estate. All of this culminates in a huge passion for helping homeowners achieve their goals!

If you’re also into Enneagrams I’m a type 3, which means I’m results driven and love to do the work! But when I’m not, I enjoy taking a group fitness class, partaking in ‘taco Tuesday’, hiking and fishing with my husband, retreating to a tropical beach with a good book, or catching the latest musical at the Orpheum.
